I know you might be thinking that you just stumbled upon another health junkie that swears by the magic of kale and spends all of their time blending smoothies but that’s only 10% true. I’m actually a real human who is committed to figuring out how to feel well and do well in our fast-paced society. Time is limited and nutrition can be confusing! Knowing full well the demands of daily life, I’m here to simplify nutrition for you and make healthy food tasty, accessible, and FUN. I’m also here to share easy holistic lifestyle hacks for your well-being. Really, I’m here to help you feel better!

So, how did I get here?

Throughout college I struggled with an autoimmune disease. Prescriptions didn’t help and my physicians didn’t have positive lifestyle recommendations for me. Finally tired of feeling powerless – I turned to holistic health practitioners to see what I could do in terms of diet and lifestyle. After being counseled on nutrition and herbal medicine, my perspective and life CHANGED. I was empowered to take health into my own hands and adjust things slowly – both big and small – to bring my health back into a state of balance. My skin cleared, I felt energized, had smooth digestion, and enjoyed great sleep! I was hooked on the effectiveness of holistic health and how much it just. made. sense. I spent a lot of my free time researching nutrition, exercise, and natural medicine until it got to the point that I realized I need to share this passion with others!

I took a course in botanical medicine & body systems at the California School of Herbal Studies. I then finished a 200-hr yoga teacher training and began teaching dynamic Vinyasa flow classes. Finally, I completed my Master of Science in Nutrition at the National University of Natural Medicine. Now, it’s official - I am a certified food and holistic health nerd!

& this is where I’ve landed – sharing my story and my passion with you. Integrating body, mind, and spirit through food, plants, movement, and meditation has done wonders for me & I believe it can do wonders for you, too!

Helping you to make your health + wellness a priority is my priority. I am here to support you in exploring how nutrition and holistic health can change the way you feel in your body and, more importantly, how to incorporate it into your life for the long-term.
